All staff hire is for a minimum of 3 hours.Waiters with RSA $42.50 ph (weekend $50.00 ph, public holidays $60.00 ph) Qualified Chef $55.00 ph (weekends $70.00 ph, public holidsays $80.00 ph)
 For catering more than 30 minutes drive each way we will charge travel time for our staff
